Spicy Garlic Prawn Linguine
Perfect execution on the timing!

Followed the steps exactly as highlighted. The timer of 2:00 minutes for cooking garlic on low was spot on. I added a splash of dry white wine right before tossing the prawns, which created a really silky pan sauce. Strongly recommend this recipe!

Tuscan Garlic Chicken
Delicious but sauce was quite rich

The cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes was incredibly flavorful, but next time I'll cut back slightly on the heavy cream and use a splash of chicken broth instead to lighten it up. Chicken cooked perfectly in the skillet.

Excellent method for keeping salmon moist

Baking the salmon in parchment paper envelopes is a complete game changer. It came out extremely juicy, and infusing it with dill and lemon slices gave it a clean, fresh taste. Five stars!
