We look at the &#8216;Breathe-Sync&#8217; interfaces that time their refresh rates to the user&#8217;s heart rate, creating a calming physiological effect during high-stress tasks.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;Good design is invisible. Great design is a deep breath.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>The Haptic Feedback Revolution<\/h3>\n<p>We are moving from visual clutter to tactile clarity. Using ultrasonic haptics, devices can now create &#8216;Textures in the Air&#8217;, allowing users to navigate menus by feel alone.
